Ingredients

1 cup butter (room tempereture)

5 eggs

1 cup sugar

1 cup chopped hazelnuts

250 gr. dark chocolate

250 gr. milk chocolate

1 cup self raising flour

1/4 cup cream

Glaze

1/2 cup cream

125 gr. dark chocolate

Preparation

Preaheat the oven in 180 C or in 350 F. Beat butter and sugar together in a mixer in slow. Add the eggs and the flour. Meawhile heat the cream with the chocolates and make them liquid. Add chocolate mixture in to the flour mixture and beat them in slow. Let them mix well. Grease with olive oil a 28 cm pan and add the mixture in it. Bake for 30 or 45 almost minutes it depence of the pan. Make the test with the knife to see if it is baked in the middle of the cake. Take the pan out of the oven and let it cool. While it is warm the cake will be fluffy. When it is cool it will fell down.

Meanwhile heat the cream for the glaze and add the dark chocolate. Spread the glaze over the cake and let it cool before you serve it. You serve it in room tempereture.
